administrator unilaterally reserves the right to modify, add, or alter the content of the website nexusmonarc.eu as well as its terms of use, whenever it deems necessary, without prior notice within the current legal framework. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Media

These pages aim to keep citizens informed about the work of the nexus monARC project and to enable communication with the project members. The administrator can take the following actions:
– keep a record of the citizens’ comments through technical means (word clouds, statistical analysis)
– inform the project for comments when deemed necessary
– organize interactive activities.

Public communication is governed by the code of ethics as described below with a view to protecting the quality of such communication:
– All users/members of the project’s social networking services are supposed to show respect in the way they communicate with the administrator and with one another.
In compliance with the applicable legislation, the Constitution, the International Law, and generally accepted principles of ethics, users/members ought to refrain from:
a) posting and publishing pornographic, defamatory, abusive, racist, sexist, or generally illicit content on this website
b) posting and publishing content that could encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any provision of law.

In the case of violation of the terms of the notice at hand, the administrator may take the following actions with or without notice:
a) delete the specific content immediately
b) ban access to the user’s/visitor’s account
c) take further measures to prevent illegal acts and any damage to third parties, such as:
– hiding and/or deleting comments that offend third parties
– deleting comments that violate the code of ethics
– notifying via social media message for violation of the communication policy and code of ethics, if possible
– blocking users who regularly make malicious comments and violate the code of ethics
– deleting the content of third parties
– keeping records and reporting to the Cyber Crime Unit in cases where there are suspicions of a criminal offense commission or the incitement to commit a criminal offense.

The administrator has no responsibility for any comments/views that are not posted by them. The user/visitor has the sole responsibility for any damage caused to third parties due to their inappropriate or illegitimate use of the project’s social media services.
The administrator withholds the right to alter the current use policy whenever they deem fit so that the policy always remains in accordance with the purposes of the social media services.
